45 min: 16 July 2021 - Enjoy a 45 min yoga practice. Suitable for all levels.
40 min: 23 July 2021 - Enjoy a 40 min yoga practice with optional 2-3 min meditation after Savasana. Focus on releasing the back, open the hips, strength and stability in the lower limbs.
50 min: 30 July 2021 - Enjoy a delicious 50 min yoga practice. Focus on opening the shoulders and thoracic, along with strength and stabilising lower limbs.
30 min: 5 August 2021 - Lovely 30 min yoga practice to fit easily into your day.
50 mins: 13 August 2021 - 50 min practice of slow flow – first 10 mins can be done as an isolated yoga practice
