Spring 2021 Sequences

2nd September – 30 mins – slow flow (gentler) practice to help support your body, breath and mind at anytime of the day. Enjoy.


9th Sept – 35 mins – slow flow to lift your energy.


16th Sept – 20 min or 30 min option – lovely practice to open and move the whole body. 20mins practice with additional 10mins if you have half an hour.


23rd Sept – 20min or 30min (with guided relaxation) The aim is to lift your energy, move the whole body and then bring you back to a chilled place.


25th Sept – 60min – recorded Zoom class focusing on lower back release, effective core engagement into a whole body flow and relaxation.


25th – 10min moments v1


30th Sept – 25 or 35min practice - lovely practice to create space, length and stability in the whole body with guided relaxation. 25min practice with option to do additional 10min relaxation.
