Feeling the start of a sniffle and a sneeze?
Get this fantastic brew into you to help boost your immune system.
3-4 garlic cloves
Big knob of ginger sliced
2 cinnamon sticks (or approx 2 teaspoons of powder)
Optional (if you have) 1 x Lemongrass & Ginger tea bag, and Turmeric Root (or 2 teaspoons of powder)
1 x Litre of water
Simmer everything for approx 10 mins then add 1/2 juice of a lemon and some honey.
